CHOOSE 5" DIA. FILTERBAGS FOR FINE DUST TYPE
OR
CHOOSE 8" DIA. FILTERBAGS FOR MIXED DUST TYPE

Purpose: For shaker design systems, bridging of dust occurs when large particles like shavings form a bridge across the inside diameter of the bags. Using a proper sized bag diameter for your dust type will reduce or eliminate bridging / fouling.
Note: Cartridges are not recommended for anything but very fine dust unless the pleat spacing, depth and angular VEE's have been designed so that dust cake does not form in the pleats. Much like bridging on a round bag. |
